Recognize A Special Educator!
Recognize the incredible educators of D205 with a gift card and personal note.
We all know the important role teachers play in our children's lives. In response, Foundation 205 created the Elevate an Educator campaign as a way for families to recognize educators in a personal way while also supporting Foundation 205 and local Elmhurst businesses. Since 2021, Foundation 205 has delivered over 3,500 gift cards to our D205 Educators and invested more than $70,000 back into Elmhurst businesses!
The details:
Each Elevate an Educator gift costs $25. This includes a $5 donation to Foundation 205 and a $20 gift certificate to a local business. Families can choose from a list of business partners and submit a personal message to each teacher.
Foundation 205 will deliver each gift card with the accompanying note during Teacher Appreciation Week at the beginning of May.
